Recipe
Ramen Goat Backstrap | 15-30 minutes
Ingredients
Mountain Goat Backstrap
Ramen Seasoning
In the grand scheme of things, this is about as hard as easy gets! The recipe is incredibly easy… Simply dump your ramen seasonings into a sealable bag, place your straps into that same bag, mix and move the bag to make sure the entire backstrap is coated in your seasonings. Once content with mixing, you’ll grab a stick or skewer that you can stand above your open fire to cook the meat, allow meat to cook thoroughly or until it reaches the desired rarity. Finally, take a bite of your simply delishous backstrap! The hard part of this recipe solely relies on how you got your Mountain Goat meat… if you know, you know!
